U4GM Black Ops 7 Expert Mega Abomination Raid Guide

Posted on May 23, 2026

If you have spent any time in Black Ops 7 since Season 03 Reloaded dropped, you already know Operation Broken Mirror is not a casual run. The Mega Abomination is the kind of fight that punishes sloppy movement and half-baked loadouts. I’ve seen squads walk in confident, then fall apart ten seconds later. That is why a lot of players warm up in CoD BO7 Bot Lobbies before they queue for the real thing. It sounds simple, but it helps. You get your aim settled, your recoil under control, and your team stops wasting the first few minutes trying to remember who is doing what.

Builds That Actually Hold Up

For this raid, your usual multiplayer setup just feels flimsy. You need something that can keep firing without making you reload every five seconds. LMGs and hard-hitting assault rifles do a lot of work here. Pair that with ammo support, armor plates, and whatever perks help you stay upright when the room gets messy. Don’t chase flashy damage numbers if the gun kicks like a mule. A steady weapon that you can trust is worth more than a perfect class on paper. People forget that a boss fight is really about consistency. You are not trying to win one duel. You are trying to survive a long, ugly stretch where mistakes pile up fast.

How To Move Without Getting Swallowed Up

The Mega Abomination is built to punish players who stand still too long. Keep moving, but don’t sprint everywhere like you are late for work. You want clean lanes, quick cover changes, and enough space to dodge the big attacks when they telegraph. Most squads fall into the same trap. One player pushes too far, another tries to revive in the open, and suddenly the whole team is pinned. Call out targets early. If something spawns on your side, say it. If the boss shifts, say that too. The fight gets easier when everyone stops guessing and starts talking like they mean it.

Team Jobs Matter More Than Kills

This is one of those matches where raw kill count does not tell you much. What matters is who keeps the fight stable. One player should watch crowd control, one should keep pressure on the boss, and another needs to stay ready for revives and ammo runs. If your team has a player who loves to roam, give them a clear task or they’ll drift into trouble. Also, don’t blow every heavy cooldown the second it becomes available. Save something for the moments when the arena gets crowded and you need a fast reset. You can feel the difference when a squad is organised. The fight stops feeling random, even if it still hits hard.

What Makes The Reward Worth It

The Exotic Weapon Case is the real pull here, and the Pulsebreach rifle is the reason plenty of players keep coming back. It hits a sweet spot for people who like a weapon that feels sharp but still manageable in messy PvE. If you are trying to farm it without burning out, go in with a plan and a squad that can stick to it. A little practice goes a long way, and some players even use cheap CoD BO7 Bot Lobbies to get their timing right before they take another shot at the boss. That extra prep can save you from a lot of wasted runs, and in a fight this unforgiving, that matters more than people like to admit.
